ABOUT OUR SAIL BOAT TOUR
Our sailboat tour departs from Marina da Glória, passing through the following points: Flamengo Beach; Urca beach; São João Fort; Lage Fort; Santa Cruz Fort; Vermelha Beach; Leme beach until arriving in Copacabana, where we stop for a refreshing dip.
On the way back, we can see Cotunduba Island. And inside Guanabara Bay, in Niterói city, we see Contemporary Art Museum - MAC, a work of renowned architect Oscar Niemeyer, in the peculiar format of a flying saucer. Then we return to Marina da Glória.
When the sea is big and agitated, the script changes for safety measures. In this case, the sailboat departs from Marina da Glória, following the same route to the fortress, but without leaving Guanabara Bay. So, we take a ride along Niterói coast, passing through Saco de São Francisco; Icaraí; Contemporary Art Museum (MAC) and return to Rio through the City Center until arriving at Marina da Glória.
HOW TO SCHEDULE SAILBOAT TOU
We have daily departures to this tour and you can choose the best date for you. We need at least 2 people. If you are alone, join a group.
After completing, you will be directed to payment page and must pay the amount of R$250,00 per person (our reservation fee is 50% of the amount charged on the tour - per person).
Please read and agree to our terms and conditions, then click SUBMIT. Reservation must be paid by credit card (PayPal) or by account deposit (only for people who have a Brazilian account). The rest of the amount must be paid in cash, directly to the responsible guide at the tour beginning. We usually need at least 48 hours notice to schedule this tour. If the chosen date does not appear on our reservation calendar, send us an email requesting availability. If you wish to pay full amount in advance, we can send you an invoice via PayPal. Payment must be made no later than 72 hours before the tour date.
Every transaction will be charged with a 7% due to Paypal fee.
We do not operate this tour during Carnival season, on holidays sundays, December 25th, December 31st and January 1st.

03 people for private tour (only if the transportation is private) - If you are traveling alone, we can try to fit you into other group. If you want to do it privately and alone, without a group fit, it will be charged the amount of R$800,00 (only if the transportation is private).
SCRIPT
Meeting at the hotel and Car ride to Marina da Glória (only with transport included) - Short lesson on sailing and basic safety procedures - Sailing trip with approximately 2 hours duration - return to Marina da Glória and to hotel.
